This is our family vacation home and we do like to share it with others. However, there are some restrictions, and we do require a security deposit. We've provided a bit of information on this page, but please email us if you'd like more information on the house or a rental arrangement. High Season:

Low Season:January 6, 2008 - June 20, 2008 $1200 CDN

Short Stays (minimum 3 nights, not available High Season) inquire
1. All charges listed are Canadian Funds (payment in U.S. dollars available). There are no additional commissions or other charges.
2. All high season rentals are Saturday afternoon 4:00pm, to Saturday morning 11:00am (7 nights) unless otherwise agreed. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to in order to prepare the house for other guests
3. A $500 security deposit is required for all rentals
4. Payment is required in full 30 days prior to the rental start date
5. The cancellation policy and other conditions are contained in the Occupancy Agreement. An Occupancy Agreement must be completed for all rentals.
